This was a gem in the city. So clean and fully stocked with everthing we needed. Patrick responded quickly to any inquiryg and gave us the option to stay additional days as no one was booked right after us. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We did not use the backyard but it was set up as a nice outdoor oasis. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quaint, quiet and walkable. We will be back!

Great communication from the start. Was very responsive and the place was super clean and had everything that we needed. There was everything that we needed, the perfect amount of towels. The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings. Close to Tahoe and the airport. I would love to stay again when I visit.

We had a lovely stay at Patrick's Tahoma home, the house itself was fantastic and my family loved it. There had just been a massive storm in Tahoe a few days prior to our stay, so there was significantly more snow than we anticipated but Patrick and his team were supportive and proactive in getting it all cleared out of the way so we had safe access to the property and all the facilities. I loved the location, which was very peaceful and quiet and just wish we could have spent more time there!

Patrick and Nela’s spot was perfect for our family get together! We had a group of 12, and the place was spacious and clean. Many essentials and amenities provided, like games, Netflix, and kitchen and bathroom needs. They were so responsive as well. Will absolutely stay again!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and in walking distance to a great coffee shop (if you feel like walking - down town is just around the corner as well). The kitchen is equipped with the necessities, and the layout is open and welcoming.
Our family of five had enough space and we enjoyed our winter stay.

We (two couples) had a wonderful stay at Patrick's place while on a ski vacation. The location was perfect, walkable to a grocery, restaurants, and the free shuttle up to the mountain. Plenty of room and amenities. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot tub and could not use it during our stay, but Patrick did all he could to correct the issue - very responsive and kind host. Would stay there again when visiting Big Sky!

We really enjoyed our stay and would book again next time we’re visiting Reno. They did a wonderful job of maintaining the charm of an older home with vintage furniture, but updated bathroom, kitchen, comfortable beds. Very walkable - we enjoyed walking to the farmers market at Idlewild Park and along the river trail to downtown. We thought it may be loud being off of Keystone, but the house is very well insulated from the sound and the street directly in front of the house is actually not very busy. Overall, only positive things to say about our stay!

Impromptu trip to Tahoe with my wife and daughter and Patrick’s home made our trip 100% worth it. Beautiful new build and close enough to south tahoe for food and casinos - but far enough to have peace and quiet. Patrick is also very prompt with responding to questions! 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Patrick was amazing as he was responsive and friendly. We had no issues. Even on the last day where we needed an extra night, super last minute, Patrick was able to accommodate us quickly and kindly. Home was clean and cozy as well as neighborhood was peaceful.

Tahoma is a PERFECT place to stay, with awesome proximity to skiing, and local markets to stock the fridge during your stay.
Patrick’s house is incredibly well decorated and has top of the line appliances, furnishings, amenities, etc.
The beds and pillows were awesome, and house was super spacious.
Would stay here again in a HEARTBEAT when we come back to Tahoe.
