I recently stayed at Patrick’s place in Reno while visiting family, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Patrick was an exceptional host—his communication was consistent, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. One of the highlights was definitely the location—right by the river, which made for some lovely walks and peaceful views. It was also perfectly situated near great restaurants and had easy access to main roads, so getting around the city was a breeze.
All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’d absolutely recommend Patrick’s place to anyone visiting Reno and would love to stay again in the future!

We had a great stay. I really liked the corner lot with lots of parking, because we were meeting friends at the house during our stay.
The host Patrick made everything pretty smooth, and was very quick to respond to questions.

We came to town for a work trip and decided to stay at Patrick’s home and honestly, it exceeded every expectation!!The house was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect, quiet neighborhood!! It felt warm, welcoming, and homey from the moment we walked in!!
Patrick himself was phenomenal, always responsive, incredibly kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!! He’s the kind of host who makes you feel more like a valued guest than just a booking!!
This should be the gold standard of what an Airbnb experience should be. Five stars without hesitation!!!! We’d come back in a heartbeat!!

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms as well. Nice being able to park in the garage also which never has happened for us! Quick notice to stay here and they made it happen!

We had a great stay at this home. It's tiny but completely comfortable and had enough room for two of us. The bathroom was very spacious and the entire place was spotless. Cute area near the riverwalk and lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

This isn’t just a lovely house in Napa (though it is that — warm, clean, artfully arranged, and nestled in peace). It’s a home that invites you to notice. The books aren’t props; from Rilke to Saramago, they’re there to inspire! The red Adirondack chairs face west on the front porch makes you become part of a story - as the neighborhood’s rhythms, faces, and footsteps begin to write themselves into your own.
From the first moment, everything was seamless: check-in, communication, comfort. But the soul of the space lingers in the little things, the bold colors, the well-loved spines of Baldwin and Shakespeare, the silence that doesn’t feel empty but a space where you finally can hear your own thoughts.
If you’re looking for a place to reset, reflect, or simply be… this is it. Thank you, Patrick, for curating such a generous and soulful space. The memories will stay with us!

The home was just as described and very peaceful. It had everything we needed for our trip in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very responsive and always there to help.

Patrick’s place was amazing! Very spacious and clean! Great place for a big family, it felt just like home! We enjoyed our stay! 10/10 for sure. Patrick was also very responsive in a timely manner. I would definitely book this place again!
