An on-site caretaker resides in a fully separate, locked lower-level unit with a private exterior entrance. They do not have access to the main home or guest areas, so your privacy is fully maintained throughout your stay. This arrangement helps keep the property impeccably maintained and allows for quick assistance should anything arise. The cleaning fee includes both the cost of cleaning the home and servicing the hot tub. We pay our cleaner $245 to clean the property and an additional $50 to our hot tub service provider to make sure it's clean, safe, and ready to use for each guest. For extended stays, we provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to help keep the home feeling fresh and comfortable. Our team will coordinate the timing directly with you during your stay.
