Welcome to Pinewild, a waterfront community on the shores of Lake Tahoe. The Pinewild neighborhood is a gated community, which includes a clubhouse, tennis court, ping pong table, private pier and private beach. There is a homeowners association that takes care of snow removal, landscaping and security. All you have to do is come home and enjoy your Lake Tahoe home! Additionally, we are a very close 15-minute drive to many local restaurants and grocery stores in South Lake Tahoe.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except one closet for our cleaners. 🎾 Pickleball and Tennis Courts Guests have access to the community pickleball and tennis courts. Whether you are looking for a casual game or some friendly competition, these amenities are a great way to enjoy your time outdoors.
